Dr. Scott Cunningham
Dr. Scott Cunningham was born in Akron, Ohio. He comes from a large family, growing up with three older sisters and a younger brother.
Dr. Cunningham attended The Ohio State University where he majored in Biology. Following graduation, he was accepted into Ohio State’s College of Dentistry and graduated in 2012.
Dr. Cunningham’s practice philosophy focuses on making his patients feel comfortable, confident, and involved in their dental care. His clinical interests include cosmetic and implant dentistry. Each year, he participates in continuing education courses so that he can provide the most up to date treatments for his patients.
Dr. Cunningham feels very fortunate to be able to practice Dentistry in midcoast Maine and makes community service a priority in his life. The first five years of his career were spent working in non-profit dental offices where he treated under served populations in Maine. He continues to donate care to various organizations in Maine, treating all members of his community. Outside of work, he is involved with Trekkers, a non-profit, outdoor-based mentoring program that connects young people with caring adults.
Scott lives in Camden with his wife, Katie and two gordon setters, Brutus and Bernie. He enjoys playing guitar, fishing, hunting, and snowboarding. He is life long Cleveland sports and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
